Abstract The progressing rate of rock-disposal site in river valley district was accelerated by developing the research for the reclamation-vegetation-afforestation technique,working out the reclamation plan,playing close attention to soil preparation,selecting and drought-resisting plant breeds and strengthening caltivation management.
