摘要
介绍了ＳＬ型连续排矿射流离心选矿机的设计结构特点及技术性能，阐述了矿泥在射流离心机内的分选过程和分选原理。高压水射流的引入，实现了全部产品反方向连续排矿的功能。该机回收粒度下限为１～３μｍ。分选实践表明，工业生产中分选－１０μｍ锡石细泥、处理－７４μｍ锡石矿泥分级或不分级入选均可获得良好效果。
The paper describes the design features and technical performances of the SL-type continuous discharge jet centrifugal separator and discusses the separation process and principle of slimes in the machine. The introduction of high pressure water jet has realized the counter-direction continuous dischargeo f all products.The separator can recover the particles with a size as fine as 1-3 micron. Its applicationin production has shown that good results can be achieved in separating - 10 micron and classified orunclassified - 74 micron cassiterite slimes.
