本文介绍了一种新的矿床模型──分层条带矿床模型的建模原理、特点及应用。该模型数据量小、图形再现能力强，能较好地描述露天采场形态及其变化．
Abstract This paper presents a new deposit model--the constructing model principle,character and application of deposit model of dividing layers and stripes. This model is characterized by a few of data quantities,strenger ability of representing pictures and preferable ability to describe mining area shape in open -pit and it's variety.
