摘要 研究了低温电解渗硫盐浴抗老化的方法,可控制电解渗硫盐浴中形成固体物(沉渣)的含量在0.5%~3%范围内,并降低盐浴老化因子。在工业化生产中,累计渗硫工件面积9000m2,共计8800炉次,均得到了良好的渗硫效果。 In order to control the deposition content in the salt bath under the rang of 0. 5%~3% and reduce the salt bath ageing factor, the antiageing method of salt bath for lowtemperature electrolytic sulphurization has been investigated. After industrial production with this process, workpieces were sulphurized total size 9000m2, 8800 batches, all of them were obtained excellent results and the good activity of the bath is still kept.
