摘要
对大鼠顺铂诱发的肾毒性作用及锌对其毒性的对抗作用进行了实验形态学观察.结果表明,单纯给大鼠腹腔内注射顺铂7mg/kg,可致肾皮质结构的严重损害,但在给顺铂前及同时,腹腔内3次注射醋酸锌共45mg/kg,肾损害明显减轻.表明锌对顺铂的肾毒性有对抗作用.
Thirty-three adult wistar rats were used to study the toxin effects of kidneys caused by cisplatin and the antitoxic effects produced by zinc. The results showed that the kidney cortex of the rats was seriously damaged by injecting 7 mg/kg of cisplatin into the intraperitoneal, but the damage was obviously alleviated by administering 45 mg/kg acetic acid zinc at the same time of be-fore giving cisplatin. This indicats that zinc has the effect to resist kidney's toxin induced by cisplatin.
