摘要
肺段的CT解剖在小病灶的精确定位和预后方面的重要价值,近年陆续有文献描述了部分肺段的CT解剖.肺段CT鉴别的主要依据是肺裂和肺段支气管,因左肺上叶水平裂的发生率和舌段支气管的CT显示率均低,致命名前段与舌段的鉴别发生困难.作者综合10例肺内管道铸型、10例胸部横断面标本和100例正常肺部CT图像的观察,提出用前段静脉的段间支(LV3b)作为鉴别左肺上叶前段与上舌段的影像标志.
CT anatomy of pulmonary segments is of a great value in the precise localization and the prognosis of small lesions. CT anatomy of some pulmonary segments has been discribed recently. The differentiation of anterior segment versus lingular segment in the upper lobe of the left lung is difficult for lack of demarcating marks on CT images of horizontal fissures in the right lung and the larger lingular bronchi. According to our observations on vessel casts and sectional anatomy on CT images, we suggest that the intersegmental branch of anterior segmental vein (LV,b) in the upper lobe of the left lung serves as the demarcating sign of the anterior segment versus the lingular segment.
