MORPHOLOGICAL CHANGES OF DENDRITES IN THE SOMA OF REGENERATIVE MOTOR AXON AFTER PERINEURAL SUTURE OF SCIATIC NERVE IN RAT

摘要 大鼠坐骨神经束膜缝合后4周或9周,用HRP逆行标记腓总神经的脊髓前角细胞并观测了胞体的直径,一级树突的数量和直径.术后4周时树突形态部分恢复正常,至术后9周时基本恢复正常.其中躯体定位关系恢复胞体优于躯体定位关系异常胞体的树突形态恢复. Four or nine weeks after the sciatic nerve in the rat was sectioned and reconnected withperineural suture HRP was used to label the spinal cord anterior horn cells of the peroneal nerve.The diameter of the labeled soma and the diameter and the number of its first-order dendriteswere then measured microscopically with an eyepiece micrometer. The dendritic morphology waspartly restored to normal 4 weeks after neurorrhaphy and almost entirely restored to normal 9weeks after neurorrhaphy. The restoration of dendritic morphology in the somatotopy-restoredsoma was superior to that in the somatotopy-abnormal soma.
