摘要
本文利用突变理论的尖点模型研究了单颗粒物料破碎的物理过程。从理论上阐明了物料性质和系统刚度对物料破碎的影响,得到了物料突然破碎的必要条件和充分条件,同时得到了物料突然破碎之前的能耗公式和物料内部裂纹扩展与释放热所耗散的能量公式。本文的讨论加深了对能耗理论和物料破碎机理的认识。
By way of the tip-point model of sudden change theory,the paper studies the phys- ical process of single grain matter breaking.Theoretically,it expounds the impact of matter properties and systematical rigidity on matter breaking and acquires the essential condition of sudden brcaking of matter.Also,the paper comes up with energy-consuming formula before the sudden breaking of matter and formula of energy which is consumed by the crack ex- panding inside matter as well as by releasing heat.The discussion in this paper deepens the knowledge of energy consuming theory and matter breaking mechanism.
