In this article,three main Chinese Medicinal Materials of Fufadonghua Syrupsuch as flos farfarae,pericarpium citri retictilatae and radix scutellariae are analysed withthin layer chromatography(TLC).The TLC methods can be used as qualitative analysis be-cause of its simplity and good reprodticibility.Content of total flavone of Fufadonghua Syrupis determined using 510nm as colormetric vVavelength.It is suitable that total flavonid con-tent is above 3.0mg/ml.
