摘要
通过介绍我国及世界一些国家的水土保持发展状况，总结各国开展水土保持工作的主要经验，闸述水土保持在国计民生中的地位和作用，力求对进一步促进水土保持事业的发展，起到积极作用。
This paper has introduced the development of the water and soil conse-rvation in China and other countries in the world,for get experiences of othercountries,has presented the role of water and soil conservation in the National lives,for accelerating further development.It is a important subject.
