摘要
益母草抽提物对柑桔全爪螨与桃蚜有效，其甲醇抽提物的药效最佳；在甲醇抽提物中的杀虫、螨有效成份初步确定为水苏碱与益母草定等。益母草抽提物对虫、螨以触杀作用为主，对其无敌瓢虫安全，对捕食螨亦有一定的选择作用。益母草抽提物的毒理作用机制是神经性毒剂，对酯酶、乙酰胆碱酯酶有一定的抑制作用。从渗透代谢试验表明，水苏碱对桃蚜表皮有较强的渗透作用，其渗透速率能保证药物迅速到达作用靶位，在药物被代谢之前就使虫、螨中毒致死。
