摘要
目前我国水电站能量指标只有保证出力和多年平均发电量二个指标,不能确切反映水电站的效益,本文建议将水电站能量指标由可靠出力、可靠电量、枯水年电量和多年平均发电量、装机容量5项指标组成。
There are just two energy indexes of hydropower stations in China, which can only assure the power output and the annual average amount of electricity generated. This, therefore, can not definitely reflect the bonefocial result of hydropower stations. This paper suggests that the energy indexes should inclucle the following five items: the reliability of power output, the reliable quantity of electricity generated, the quantity of elcetricity in short-of-water years, as well as the average electris power produced for years.
