摘要
本文阐述了中国水电能源规划的基本理论和目前的形势。并综合评价了运行研究和现代控制理论的应用所取得的新的研究成绩和专家系统对水能资源的优化开发,一种新的水能规划数学方法将在来年形成。
In this paper, the basic theory and the contemporary situation of hydroenergy planning in China are discussed. The recent research achievements on the application of operations research and modern control theory as well as expert system for optimum expliotation of hydroenergy resources are summarized and evaluated. It predicates that a kind of new mathematiaI programming method for hydroenergy planning will be formed in the coming years.
