摘要
报告自1988年以来，对10例急性白血病患者以自体骨髓移植结合强化方案治疗，7倒在首次缓解期，3例在第二次缓解期。仅1例急性早幼粒细胞白血病病人的骨髓用普鲁卡因联合加热方法进行体外净化。随访到1993年5月止，7例已持续完全缓解17～45个月。4例曾发生感染，其中绿脓杆菌口腔感染和急性化脓性中耳炎各1例，肛周感染2例，所有病人均经抗生素等治疗后感染被治愈。
Since 1988 ten cases of acute leukemia have been treated with autologous bone marrow transplanta-tion (ABMT) in addition to the intensified program in our institute. Among them, seven were in the first remis-sion, three in the second remission. Bone marrow purging in vitro with procaine and hyperthermia was per formedin one case of acute promyelocytic leukemia. The results are as follows: Up to May 1993, seven cases were alive incontinuous complete remission for 17-45 months after ABMT. In this series, four cases had developed infections:stomatitis due to pseudomonas aeruginosa in one case. acute purulent otitis media in another and perianal infectionin other two cases, all of these 4 patients were cured by antibiotics.
