摘要
聚砜材料具有强度高、耐压的优点,硅橡胶具有高透气性的优点,二者结合,可制备具有实用价值的中空纤维富氧膜。本文研究了室温固化硅橡胶的分子量、分子结构及真空吸附法制备富氧膜的技术条件对富氧膜性能的影响。结果表明,采用含三官能团的室温固化硅橡胶材料能够制备较为致密均匀的薄膜,获得较好的N_2-O_2分离效果及透气性。两种材料的复合与单一种材料制备的富氧膜相比,能取得更好的结果。
The N2-O2 seperated membrane of composite hollow fiber can be preparedby using the silastic solidfying at room temperature and polysulfone material.Polysulfone material is noted for high strength and pressure resistance,andsilastic is noted for high permeability.Practically valuable oxygen-enrichedmembrane of hollow fiber can be prepared with the combination of bothkinds of materials.In the paper,we study that molecular weight,molecularstructure of silastic solidifying at room temperature and technical conditionsof preparing oxygen-enriched membrane by using the method of vac-sorbaffect on the properties of oxygen-enriched membrane.The experiments showthat we may produce more compact and homogeous membrane when we usesilastic solidifying at room temperature and containing trifunctional group,and obtain fine N2-O2 separating effect and permeability.Composition ofthese two kinds of meterials may realize characteristics respectively.Thebetter result can be obtained compared with the preparation by using onlyone kind of materials.
