摘要
研究了铝合金等离子弧穿孔法立焊的焊接工艺规范及焊接参数对焊缝成形的影响.结果表明:采用立焊方法,其焊接规范区间增宽,工艺再现性好;控制喷嘴到工件的距离可实现对焊缝正反面增高量及宽度的控制;填充焊丝及装配间隙对焊缝成形及穿孔熔池的稳定性有一定的影响.
In this paper,the effect of the welding process specifications and the welding parameters on the seam formation in the keyholing vertical-up PAW of aluminium. The experimental resuIts show that the keyholing vertical-up PAW ofaluminium is featured by a wide range of the welding process specifications and the better process repeatability.The high-crowns and widths of the weld on the front and back sides are controlled by adjusting the distance from the nozzle to the work piece.The effect of the wire feeding and the gap on the weld formation and the stability ofkeyholing puddle is apparent.
