摘要
本工作以大孔树脂Amberlite XAD-2为吸附剂,通过柱技术研究了动态吸附—脱附苯酚的动力学。其中包括判定吸附、脱附过程是否可逆,确定吸附、脱附级数和建立速度方程,求出不同温度下的吸附、脱附速度常数,然后依据速度常数计算出吸附、脱附活化能,并比较二者的差异及阐明造成这种差异的原因。最后通过红外分析与电镜研究,简单地讨论了吸附活性中心、孔结构与吸附性能的关系等机理问题。
The macroporous resins Amberlite XAD-2 is a kind of granular adsorbentwith the surface area of 300 m^2/g.In this paper,authors investigate theadsorption—desorption kinetics of phenol passing through the columncontaining XAD-2.Kinetics of this special system possessing mobile liquidand fixed solid differs from that of general chemical reaction system.Theresults show that both adsorption and desorption processes are irreversibleafter kinetic handling,then,the adsorption and desorption orders aredetermined,the rate constants and activation energies are caculated,and thekinetic equations are established.Besides,adsorption mechanism is discussedbriefly according to the infrared analysis and the observation by the electronmicroscope.
