摘要
本文对110例不同类型的先天性脊柱畸形进行了临床研究。在各种类型中,先天性椎体畸形60(55％),椎骨附件畸形16例(15%),肋骨畸形28例(25％),混合畸形6例(5％)。在60例单纯椎体畸形中46例(59个半椎体)是先天性半椎体,14例是先天性融合椎,经临床随访观察发现,完全分解的同侧双半椎体,不全融合型的融合堆和先天性肋骨畸形的进展较快。本文同时讨论了各种先天性脊柱畸形的病因、分类、诊断、畸形进展和治疗。
From 1975 through 1988, 110 patients with congenital deformity of the spine of different types were studied, and these included deformity of the corpus vertebrae, deformity of the ribs, deformity of the posterior elements, and some compound deformities. Deformity of corpus vertebrae included congenital hemivertebrae and congenital fusion of corpns vertebrne. Thirty -three patients (30%) were accompanied with nervous system complications. The pathogenesis, classification, diagnosis, progression and treatment of these deformities were also discussed.
