摘要
我国建筑防水材料及防水施工技术在改革开放大好形势下有了很大的发展，对我国建筑工程防水质量的提高起了很大作用。本文对我国建筑防水材料及防水施工的新进展作了较全面的论述，主要有：改性油毡、高分子防水片材、防水涂料，以及其他防水材料。同时，对防水标准和规范、施工机具及建筑渗漏治理等也作了简要介绍；并针对目前我国建筑防水工作存在的问题提出了几点改进建议。
In recent years, the waterproof building material and waterproof construction technology of our country has been developed tremendously. It has promoted the quality of waterproof building construction technology a great deal. In this article, the new development of Chinese waterproof building material and its construction technology have been, to a certain extent, comprehensively demonstrated and analyzed.These are mainly as the following: the innovatory high-polymer waterproof felt carpet, the waterproof paint as well as other waterproof building materials. In the mean time, there are some concise introductions about waterproof regulatory standard, technical code, construction equipment, leakage treatment and work repair etc, Besides, in view of those deficient matters and discouraging problems emerging in present waterproof construction across our country, the author has put forward some positive and practical suggestions.
