摘要
木制品生产过程中的含水率控制对木制品质量影响较大,本文分析了实木家具生产过程中的环境条件,比较了有无控制手段,木制品含水率的差异,并提出了控制的方法,包括控制投料初含水率、缩短生产周期、盖除湿房、改善存放环境、完善工艺等。
The controlling of moisture content in processing of wood products will affect greatly the quality of wood products. This article analyses the environment conditions in processing of making solid wood fur-niture ,compares the differences of the moisture contents of wood products with or without control means and offers the way of controlling including controlling moisture content in beginning of going into opera-tion, shortening production cycle, building dehumidifying chamber, improving store conditions and per-fecting its technology.
