摘要
本文对3例增生性肌炎进行观察,光镜下以增生活跃的梭形细胞和神经节样细胞为病变特征。其中1例免疫组化显示 Vimenton 阳性,Desmin、Kp_1、S-100和 Cytokeration阳性。同时就增生性肌炎的鉴别诊断及组织来源方面进行讨论。
