摘要
染色体着丝粒的自动定位，是计算机自动染色体核型分析的关键。本文提出了一种染色体着丝粒自动寻找定位算法。该算法应用于实验用标准人体染色体图片，正确定位率达９０％。
o locate chromosome's centromere automatically is the key for analyzing the karyotype of chromosome on digital computer,This paper will introduce a algorithm for locating chromosome's centromere automatically.When the algorithm is used on an experiment-used standard mankind chromosome picture,the ratio of locating correctly is arrived to 90 percentage.
