摘要
本文用原子吸收光谱方法对湘西地区野生食用菌-松乳菇(Lactariusdeliciosus(L.exFr.)Gray)和红汁乳菇)(Lactariushatsudake)Tanake)中所含的九种金属元素及其含量进行了测定。实验结果表明松乳菇中Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn、Cr和Co等六种元素的含量高于红对乳菇,而Mg、Ca二种元素的含量则是红汁乳菇比松乳菇高。与文献[1]报道的其他种类的食用菌比较,以上二种野生食用菌中Cr和Fe元素的含量均高于香菇、平菇和猴头菌等。
The quantity of metal elements of lactarius deliciosus (L. ex Fr. )Gray and lactarius hatsudake Tanake prodused from xiangxi country has been mensuretion by atomic absorp tion spectrometry(AAS). The results has been indicated that the quantity of Cu. Fe. Zn.Mn. Cr. Co contained in lactarius deliciosus was higher than lactarius hatsudake. But the quantity of Mg. Ca contained in lactarius deliciosus cannot compare with Lactarius hatsudake. It has been also proved that the Cr. Fe contained in lactarius deliciosus and lactarius hatsudake was mor than lentinus edodes. Pleurotus ostretus and hericium erinaceus.
