摘要
本文报道了用于小型Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光器的二种陶瓷泵浦腔的比较结果，灯类型对泵浦效率的影响，并讨论了泵浦均匀性。
In this paper,the results of comparative investigation of two different ceramic pumping cavities for a small Nd:YAG laser is reported.The pumping effi-ciency respect to types of flash lamp and pumping uniformity are discussed.
