摘要
本文进行了玻片凝集试验(SHA)快速检测兔出血热病毒的研究。通过对试验因素的优选,认为以样品稀释液pH7.2、试验温度4~22℃、选用人O或B型红细胞和摇动反应5min等条件为佳.另外,通过对比试验(与血凝试验、HA)、阻断试验和病毒样品及兔出血热疫苗的检测,认为本方法是一个特异性强、敏感性高、重复性好和便于推广应用的有效方法。SHA能在5min报告检测结果。
The optimization result of the experimental conditionshowed that the optimum pH value of the buffer solution used for sampledilution is 7. 2, the reaction temperature is 4-22℃ and time lasted forthe perfection of reaction is 5 minutes under vibratile condition. As faras the erythrocyte used is concerned, human RBC of O or B group isbetter than A and AB. The method was proved to be specific, sensitiveand reducible.
