摘要
采用焦性没食子酸自氧化产生O_2^-,用超氧化物歧化酶作参比酶对不同时间脑缺血皮层组织进行了O_2^-相对水平的观察。结果证实,缺血组织O_2^-相对水平明显增高,以缺血早期(6、12、24小时)增高最为明显。
Tissue O2- relative level was measured at different times of cerebral ischemia in 22 ddgs. The experimental results demonstrated that O7 relative levels in the ischemic hemisphere were higher than those of the non-ischemic hemisphere, with the elevation of levels most obvious in the earlier stages of ischemia (6, 12, 24h) .
