摘要
研究了不同热处理工艺下Cu-25.66Zn-4.02Al(%)形状记忆合金的冷加工性能。研究表明,冷变形35%的合金经过630℃×1h退火后具有良好的冷加工性能。还分析了该合金的断裂机理。
Abstract In this paper the cold formability of Cu-25. 66Zn-4. 02Al (wt%) shape memory alloy (SMA) has been studied with different heat-treatment processes. It was found that this alloy possesses good cold formability after annealing at 630℃for 1h and cooling in furnace when its cold-rolling reduction is 35%. In the meantime, the mechanism of fracture for this alloy has been analysed.
