摘要
通过切削试验，求出了五种陶瓷刀具材料切削热轧４５钢的ｖ－ｔ曲线，并和钛基硬质合金刀具进行了对比，研究了这几种材料在切削过程中的后损及破损机理，并进行了单齿铁削试验，考察了这几种陶瓷材料的抗冲击能力，探讨了适合于普通钢切削用的陶瓷刀具材料及切削性能。
The v-t curves about five kinds of ceramics cutting tools were plotted by the test of cutting the hot-rolled 45 steel,and compared with two kinds of carbide cutting tools,its wear mechanism during cutting was studied ;the impact resistance about the ceramic cutting materials was investigated by the test of milling with a single-tooth cutter.
