摘要
研究了钇在低合金马氏体铸钢中的作用。结果表明,钇能减少试验钢组织中孪晶马氏体量,增加板条马氏体比例,细化马氏体领域,促使回火碳化物在马氏体晶内弥散析出,改善夹杂物形态及分布。在硬度保持相同的情况下,加钇试验钢的冲击韧度比不加钇的提高1倍,达45.4J/cm2。
The effect of yttrium on the micro-structure and properties of a low-alloy martensitic cast steel has been studied. The results show that after adding a little content of yttrium into the steel,the amount of twined martensite decreases while that of dislocated martensite increases; the packet size of martensite is refined Fthe tempered carbides are dispersed within lath martensite; the shape and distribution of the inclusions are improved. Furthermore,the hardness does not be changed,but the impact toughness is douled.
