摘要
本文考虑流体的可压缩性和齿轮传动重合度对轮齿载荷的影响。采用完全数值法对渐开线直齿轮进行了热弹流分析,获得了两齿轮在啮合线不同点处的油膜压力分布、油膜形状、温度分布、摩擦系数以及沿整个啮合过程的最小油膜厚度。
By combining the operating param eters of transmission gears .the thermal hydrodynamic analysis on spur invblute gears is given by means of a full numerical methods. The oil, Pressure distribution, filmprofile, temperature distribution and coefficients of friction at variable points of meshing gears, and minimum film thickness in the whole meshing course are obtained.
