摘要
针对双自由度锥面包络圆柱蜗杆传动这种新型传动形式,从设计角度出发,提出了以最佳接触区为目标函数,对该蜗杆副台形参数进行优化设计的方法。优化结果不仅使接触线的形状、分布等有利于动压油膜的形成,而且使其承载能力也有较大的提高。有利于这种新型蜗杆副齿形参数的选择。
Aiming at the novel cone-generated enveloping cylindrical worm drive with two degree of freedom, a optimal design of tooth profile has been proposed to obtain the opti.mal meshing area. .The results of optimization make not only the scape and distribution of contact line better to generate hydrodynamic lubrication, but also its bearing capacity higher.
