摘要
本文导出了一级和二、三级齿轮减速器机械效率的计算公式，同时通过实验，证实了这些公式的正确性，进而对大型减速器通过模拟实验，测算机械效率。证实了计算公式可行、经济，结果可靠。
A series of formulae for calculating the mechanical efficiency of reducer are developed and are proved by experiments.Upon this basis,an approach is proposed for estimating the mechanical efficiency of high-power reducers through simulation. This approach is found to be feasible,economical and reliable.
