摘要
本文论述了河北省黄金矿山采矿的现状。结合有些矿山技术力量薄弱，管理水平低，管理手段差，技术经济指标低，导致采矿损失率高，矿石贫化率高。提出为提高矿山资源的利用率，而应采取的相应对策。
The existing state of gold mining in Hebei province is described in this paper. Directing against vulnerable technical force, poor management and techno-economic guidance, higher mining loss and ore dilution ratio etc in some gold mines,this paper proposes some relevant counter-measures in order to enhance utilization ratio of mine resources.
