摘要
本文通过对露天爆破自设计至爆破完毕的全过程中，各个可控性因素对爆破安全性的影响分析，论述了如何做到安全爆破。
According to the analysis of controllable factors which influence the blasting security in the whole course of opencast blasting from begining of design to the end of blasting,this paper gives a description of how to make safety blasting.
