摘要
研究了还原-七氟丁酸酐衍生化高分辨气相色谱-ECD测定痕量硝基多环芳烃的方法,该法具有选择性好,灵敏度高的特点,适合于复杂样品痕量硝基多环芳烃的测定。建议采用以氨基多环芳烃HFBA衍生物为参比的HFBAPAH保留指数体系,利用保留指数进行双柱定性成功地在碳黑样品提取物中检出包括1-NO_2芘在内的9种NO_2-PAH并提出了定量结果。
In this paper a highly selective and sensitive method for analysis of NO_2 - PAHs in complex sample is described in detail.After extraction and clean- up procedure,the NO_2-PAHs in complex salnples were reduced to their res- pective amino-polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons by NaBH_4 catalyzed with cop- per(Ⅱ)chloride in methanol solution, Then the anmino compounds were ex- tracted by benzene and derivatized with heptafluorobutyric anhydride. The derivatives were determined by high resolution gas chromatography(HRGC)equipped with a  ̄(63)Ni electron capture detector under linear-temperature-pro- gramming.The detection limits for NO_2-PAHs ranged from 0.5 to ll pg.A carbon black sample of copy toner was analyzed by this method as an exam- ple. Nine NO_2-PAHs were identified and among which six were determined basing on the comparison of the gas chromatographic retention data with those of standard compounds on two capillary fused silica columns-SE-54 and HP-17 of different polarities.
