摘要
本文以HNb_3O_8为例,进一步探讨了用分步交换法来制备氧化铝柱层状金属氧化物的可行性.首次成功地将[Al_(13)O_4(0H)_(24)(H_2O)_(12)]^(7+)Keggin离子交换进入到层状金属铌酸(HNb_30_8)的层间.通过焙烧,制备了首例以氧化铝为柱的层状金属铌酸盐.该化合物具有很高的热稳定性(>700℃)和比较大的层间距(d=1.18nm,700℃).讨论了不同层板性质对产物结构和性能的影响.
The feasibility of using stepwise exchange procedure to prepare alumina-pillared layered metal oxides was furtherly examined with KNb3O8 as an example. [Al13O4(OH)24(H2O)12]7+ Keggin ions have been intercalated into layered potassium niobate through a stepwise exchange process to form a layered complex pillared by Keggin ions. By calcinating this complex in air, the first alumina-pillared layered niobate was obtained. The resultant pillared complex has a high thermal stability over 700℃ and retains an interlayer distance of 1.18nm after heating at 700℃ in air. The effect of the starting layer structural properties on the structure and property of the products was discussed.
