摘要
4-氯-2,6-二羟甲基苯甲醚(2)与氯乙酸钠缩合,制得4-氯-2,6-二(羧甲氧基甲基)苯甲醚(4),由4经酰氯化生成4-氯-2,6-二(3-氯甲酰基-2-氧杂丙基)苯甲醚(5)后,再与相应的二氮杂冠醚3a,3b和3c反应制备标题化合物1a~1c。用^1H NMR法研究了1a~1c对碱金属离子的配位性能,讨论了分子内的中心功能基和底部大小对其IR,^1H NMR和配位行为的影响。
Three novel macrobicyclic cryptanda 1a-1c were synthesized by the reaction of appropriate diaza-15-crown-5(3a), diaza-18-crown-6 (3b) and diaza-21-crown-7(3c) with 4-chloro-2, 6-bis(8-chlorocarbonyl-2-oxapropyl)anisole(5) preparing from 4-chloro-2, 6-bis (S-carboxyl-2-oxapropyl) anisole (4), which was obtained via the condensation of 4-chloro-2, 6-dihydroxymethyl anisole with sodium chloroacetate.The complexation of 1a-1c for alkali metal cations were investigated by 1HNMR. The influence of central group and bottom ring size in the molecules 1a-1c on IB, 1H NMR and conplexation behaviour was also discussed.
