摘要
本文系统地研究了Pr掺杂在Y位对YB_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)超导体系内耗的影响.随Pr对Y的掺杂量增加,110K内耗峰逐渐减小,并最终消失;而87K附近的内牦峰基本不变.因Pr的掺入主要引起电子结构的变化,110K附近内耗峰应和电子结构有关,而和YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)的附近的90K超导转变无直接的联系.
The acoustic internal frction (IF) peaks of Y1-xPrxBa2Cu3O7-δsystem was studied by the electro-magnetic drive method. Expermental results show that with increasing x of Pr the IF peak around 85K unchanges bassically, but the IF peak around 110K degreases first then disappers in x = 0.7. Combining other experimental data we think that IF peak around 110K is related to electric structure of the system and not directly related to the superconductivity of the samples.
