摘要 本文介绍了一种新型快拆单通道高压自紧密封的结构原理、强度分析及设计方法,并做了试验验证。结果表明,该装置具有结构紧凑、承力合理、装拆方便、密封可靠及可调性好等特点。 The structure principles,strength analyses,and designmethods of a unique and easy disassembling single-passself-energized seal devices of high pressure vessels werepresented and a test verification was made. The resultshowed that the devices were characteristic of compactstructure ,reasonable load-bearins,and easy disassembling .and had the unique properties of single-sided perimeter sealcombined with self-energized effects ,and self-preenergizingand self-adjustment,they were suitable for end seal devicesof general engineering or high pressure vessels and super-pressure vessels in particular fields.
