摘要
提出了一个智能加工中心(IMC)的实验系统方案,计算机视觉系统作为IMC的感官部件,利用CCD工业摄像机摄下机床工作台上的工件毛坯图像,在零件设计信息指导下,把待加工面抽象成一条封闭的平面曲线,据此识别工件毛坯及其安装状态,进而识别工件坐标在机床坐标系中的位置.从而将视觉信息作为工艺规划的依据.
An experimental system for use on a type XHK 5140 vertical intelligent machining cen-ter designed and manufactured by H.U.S.T. is proposed. Its principal functions are therecognition of the surface of a workpiece to be machined and the measurement of its accuratelocation and orientation with a computer vision system. A CCD industrial camera is mountedon the machine to obtain the image of the surface of a workpiece placed on the worktable.According to the information of design,by extracting the surface to be machined,identifyingthe contour and tracking the border,the surface can be transformed into closed curves.Thenit will be possible to determine whether the workpiece and its position are as desired.Hence,the coordinates of the workpiece on the machine,which are the basis of CAPP,are deter-mined.
