摘要
探讨了煤种、粒径、加热终温等几个主要因素对沉降炉中煤粉快速热解过程和差热天平中的慢速热解过程的影响,分析比较了慢速热解及快速热解中挥发分组分及其总体的析出过程。
The effects of the coal rank, particle size and final heating temperature on fast pyrolysis of pulverized coal in a Drop Tube Furnace and slow pyrolysis in a Thermal Differential Bal- ance are studied. The yields of volatile and its components of slow and fast pyrolysis are ana-ivzed. It has been found that the total yield of the volatile is dependent on the temperature ofparticles and that the higher the particle temperature is, the higher the yield of the volatilewill be. The particle size and heating rate of a furnace only change the heating rate of theparticle itself and eventually the evolving rate of the volatile. It has also been found that theyield of the volatile would be larger than that by the Proximate Analysis should the particletemperature exceed a certain value and that the yields during slow and fast pyrolysis are di-vided into two stages, which means that their evolving mechanism is the same. Finally, it ispointed out that the pyrolysis yield is heavily dependent on the temperature and that it is in-accurate to use Gauss distribution to describe such a phenomenon.
