摘要
本文报告１９８４年至１９９２年３３例肾母细胞瘤的诊治经验。男１６例，女１７例。年龄３月至１１岁。左侧１８例，右侧１５例。手术探查２８例，未能切除者２例。计存活１４例，死亡１４例，失访５例：２年存活率３６％。作者结合文献对如何提高肾母细胞瘤的疗效进行了探讨。
Betwesa 1984 and 1993, 33 children with naphroblastoma were admitted. Of them 16 were males and 17 females.Age ranged from3 mons to 11 yrs. Eighteen tumors were en the left side, 15 on the right side.Twenty eight eases had Surgical exploration, and 2 cases were non-resectable. The results of treatment were:14 died, 5 were lost to follow-up and 14 were still living. The 2-year survival rate was 36% .The literatures were reviewed and how to obtain a better therapeutic result of the treatment of nephroblastoma was discussed.
