摘要
本文采用紫外光谱法及漫反射光谱法探讨了维生素B.原料及片剂在两种光源下的光解规律.维生素B_2 在高压汞灯下含量变化迅速,原料的t_1/50 仅为2.11 小时,片剂的t_1/10 为14.86小时;在日光灯下变化稍缓,原料的t_1/50 为17.15小时,片剂的t_1/10 为142.95小时.漫反射光谱法测定原料药在两种光源(高压汞灯及日光灯)同样的Lxxhr条件照射下,反射率以相同的规律变化.
The photolysisis rule of VB, raw material and tablet irradiated with two light sources is studied by UV spectrum and diffuse reflectance spect-rophotometry (DRS) in this paper. The content of VB2 changes rapidly when it is irradiated with fluorescent mercury-arc lamp. The t1/50 of the raw material is 2.11 h, and the t1/10 of the tablet is 14.86 h. The content of VB2 changesslower when irradiated with fluorescet than fluorescent mercuryarc lamp,t1/50 of raw material is 17.15 h, and t1/10 of the tablet is 142.95 h. The reflectance measured by diffuse reflectance spectrop-hotometry (DRS) changes in the same way as above when the raw material is irradiated with the two light sources at the sane Lx x hr.
