摘要
对成都某幼儿园３～６岁全体幼儿采用０．４３％氟化钠口腔点滴法作为防龋措施。采用同群体前后对照方案，将初查各年龄组患龋率、乳牙龋失补牙数（ｄｍｆｔ）、乳牙龋失补牙面数（ｄｍｆｓ）与防治后各年龄组进行比较。用药后１年及２年４～６岁组患龋率、ｄｍｆｔ，ｄｍｆｓ的减少非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），结果表明０．４３％氟化钠液口腔点滴法防龋效果显著，成本低，方法简单易行，是值得在幼儿防龋工作中推广的方法之一。
Abstract The study was conducted in a kindergarden in Chengdu.All children within the age of 3～6 years were included with Before-After study in the same population pool.The caries rate,dmft,dmfs were measured in each age group before and after using 0.43% NaF solution treatment every year and lasting for two years,The result shows that caries reduction rate was 23.88% with statistical significant(P<0.01),the best result located in 5-year age group(32.35%).The methed of fluoride drop treatment is simple and easy to perform with a good compliance.
