用电化学方法研究银汞合金的耐蚀性 被引量:2

摘要 通过四种银汞合金在两种pH的人工唾液中的自然腐蚀电位Ecorr、极化电阻和动电位极化曲线的测试分析,以比较和筛选耐蚀性较好的充填用银汞合金。实验结果表明:四种银汞合金中,低铜合金的失电子倾向、孔蚀倾向大于高铜,虽然中性液中低铜合金的腐蚀速度明显小于高铜,但在酸性液中却显著大于高铜。高铜合金较低铜合金更适于经常偏酸的口腔环境。Ecorr、Rp和极化曲线综合运用,可在体外快速、准确地评定和筛选口腔耐蚀合金材料。 Abstract In Order to investigate the actual significance of electrochemical techniques in evaluating corrosion behvior and Shifting prescription of dental alloys and evaluate the corrosion behavior of dental amalgams,electrochemical techniques including Ecorr vs time,polarization resistance and potentiodynamic polarizatien were employed.The results were shown that the high-copper amalgams(GK,C,DA)were more suitable for dental restoration than the low-copper amalgam(L)from an all round consideration,especially in acid environment.Electrochemical techniques are a sensitive,quick,accurate and convenient methed for screening the corrosion behavior and prescriptions of dental alloys.
