摘要
报道９例颞颌关节不可复性盘移位经外科手术治疗的临床结果。８例患者采用关节盘双板区悬吊缝合和盘与外侧囊壁交叉适合，囊内髁状突高位切除治疗；１例行关节盘摘除阔筋膜植入术。术后随访６～１８月，８例（８／９）症状消失或明显改善。手术治疗的关键在于复位关节盘的同时，避免术后被修复的关节盘与髁状突切除骨创面间形成纤维粘连。
Abstract In this article it is reported that the clinical results of nine patients with anterior disk displacement without reduction treated with surgical procedure. The eight patients were operated with bilaminar zone suspension to its posterior temporalis fascia,cross-suture between disk and lateral capsule, and intra-capsular condylectomy; A patient, with meniscectomy with lata replacement. All the patients were postoperatively observed for 6 to 18 months,Eight of nine patients was freed from clinical symptoms or showed marked improvement.It is important on repositioning disk to avoid development of fibrous adhesions between the repaired disk and areas of condyle reduction postoperatively。
