摘要
在指数分布场合，根据步进应力加速寿命试验数据，应用Ｂａｙｅｓ分析法，给出平均寿命的点估计和置信下限估计．
Having the data from stepstress accelerated life testing and applving Bayesian analysis,the author gives point estimate and fiducial lower limit estimate of main life under exponential distribution.
