摘要
研究等密度宽筛分二元系统颗粒混合物的混合和离析.得出流化床二元混合物完全流化的最小流化速度式,且其计算值与实验值较为吻合.同时分析气固流化床中的混合、离析与液固系统的相平衡图有类似之处,获得等密度不同粒径比的各种相图.
The author dealt with the mixing and the segregation of a binary particulate mixture composed of isopycnic and wide-size range particles. In relation to a binary mixture fluidized completely in fluidized bed, a formula was proposed for computing its minimal fluidizing velocity,with the computed values quite coincident with experimental values. The similarity between the mixing and the segregation in a gas-solid fluidized bed and the phase-balance diagram of liquid-solid system was analyzed. Various phase diagrams of isopycnic and different particle diameter ratios were obtained.
