摘要
结合一羟甲脲和二羟甲脲的比例,以及改善基体树脂与甲纤维素界面粘结两方面的考虑,本研究采用分批投放甲醛进行合成和使用苯甲酸二甘醇酯作甲纤维表面处理剂的方法,对氨基模塑料进行改性。结果表明:树脂液的稳定期在24小时以上;与空白试样相比,改性后模塑料的抗弯强度提高24.5%,抗冲韧性提高50%。
We modified the aminoplastics by using diethylene glycol benzoate as a surfacing reagent for α-methyl celluloseic improve the interfacial adhesion with the resin and by batch fed of formaldehyde during the synthetic process to control the ratio of monomethylolurea to dimethylolurea. The results showed that the stable storage period was over 24h for the resin liquid, and flexural strength and impact strength of the modified resin were increased by 24% and 50% respectively, compared with the raw resin.
