摘要
本文研究了两种原生QI含量不同的煤焦油沥青中间相形成动力学,测得了中间相形成动力学参数。结果表明,梅山焦油沥青中间相形成属于一级反应。在热处理温度390-450℃之间表现活化能较高(232.4kJ/mol)反应活性较低。原生QI降低了中间相形成活化能,促进了中间相成核,导致镶嵌结构光学显微组织生成,而对速度常数的影响没有规律性。
The kinetics of mesophase formation from two sorts of coal tar pitch with different primary QI content is studied in this paper. The kinetic parameters are determined. These results show that the kinetics of mesophase formation of the coal tar pitch can be described by a first-order rate eqation.Its apparent activatian energy is greater and its reactivity is lower than other's when the heat treatment temperature is between 390℃ and 450℃, and primary Ql decreases the activation energy of mesophase formation, promotes the nucleation of mesophase and leads to formation of mosaics in the optical texture,The influence of primary Ql on the rate constant is no rule.
